Shipping And Return Policy
CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ORDER
We don’t accept cancellations once the order has been placed, nor you can return the delivered product. If the product is received damaged please contact us immediately. Also click the pictures of your delivered package and the damaged product. To change your order, please get in touch with us on +9537240740 or at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK
Our Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised to the amount to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE
We have free shipping across India for all orders including prepaid. Although we charge a convenience fee of Rs 100 on each order domestically. This convenience fee is not refundable.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We have a no-return policy. Most of our items can be exchanged for a new product only if the product is defective/damaged or an incorrect order is received by you. Please read the individual product page for more details.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE
We do have reverse pickup service. In any case if you receive a damaged/wrong product we will get it picked up from your place. What you need to do is jst keep the product as it is in its original packaging. We will be sending you a label to be printed and attached on the package. Our courier partner will be picking it in 1-2 working days.

It will take 10-15 working days for you to receive a replacement.
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Rupay cards. Internet Banking, Wallet and UPI options are also available. Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India.
Currently we are not accepting international orders from our website. You can contact us directly for the same.
